i love fat, part 2

So- many people have asked me how this whole "kundalini" experiment has been going- and thankfully it's been- well- incredible.  I have not been dieting at all- completely took that word out of my vocabulary.  I do thank every piece of food that enters my body- and even try to eat consciously- by chewing things more thoroughly.  And of course, I do my "kundalini" twists every morning- 200 of them sitting on the floor with my legs crossed- and 50 of them standing up with my legs shoulder width apart.  The standing up ones have not been every day- but the sit down ones have been.  I started this whole thing on March 4th- and I have lost inches around my waist.  Truly, it's been amazing.  I am going to get the video edited this week so I can show everyone.  And then I'm going to produce a dvd that shows even a busy, working mom/wife can change their life with only THREE MINUTES A DAY.  I don't have a personal trainer like Mariah Carey- I don't have a personal chef like Madonna.  I have no time to hit the gym on a regular basis.  So what do I do?  200 twists every morning, and a "thank-you" to the yummy food that nourishes me- and VIOLA.  You'd be amazed.... I know you don't believe me.  So try it yourself!
